Dear All, i just have recently setup visual svn server stranded edition[free edition] in windows server 2008 with sp2. and the install tortoise svn client at my local PC and trying to connect visual svn server which give me server not available error.
when i copy URL from visual svn server , it doesn't have any port number as the URL below.and in setting i see it takes port number as 443. and tried to change to port 8443 in setting which give me error also. *https://DevServer-test/svn/Testing/* please do advice how to fix this issue.
