hello Uday, so INBOX+ works for me too, but a file named 
assistant+authorization03_09.pdf still leads to the error.  best, E

Bug description:
summary says it all: when trying to attach a file with a + in its name, vm 
complains that no such file exists.  when I quote the + as \+ within the file 
name, attaching works fine
