The attached text/html message gets displayed in raw html. The 'D' key
has no effect.

Bug description:
When the 'D' for vm-mime-decode command is issued on a text/html message, one
gets the error messages:
vm-toolbar-update-toolbar: Selecting deleted buffer
Decoding MIME message...
but nothing gets displayed.
