Using emacs 22.1.1 it happens after every time I fetch new mail (by, e.g., pressing 'g'). It seems that fetching new mail sets a flag that makes the summary mis-aligned the next time the summary is generated. The second time works fine. Also, the problem doesn't occur if there is no new mail to fetch.
