VM monitors

I wanted to know peoples' opinions on the list concerning products to monitor 
VM and Linux.  Which one does the best/most?  I am hoping to convince 
management to purchase something to monitor performance/find problems.  I know 
about ESALPS from Velocity Software and you can purchase VM's Performance 
Toolkit but what about others?  Thanks!
