Anne,

I have been running ESALPS suite from Velocity Software for 3+ years. The
product is not only very stable and user friendly, but they also have great
technical support. I don't know the price points now but I am sure that you
can get them from their web site or contact by phone.

In my opinion ESALPS is the way to go...!

Several years ago I used OMEGAMON for VM and liked it.
Last year IBM bought OMEGAMON I am not sure what if anything they have done
to/with it.

Subject: VM monitors

I wanted to know peoples' opinions on the list concerning products to
monitor VM and Linux. Which one does the best/most? I am hoping to
convince management to purchase something to monitor performance/find
problems. I know about ESALPS from Velocity Software and you can purchase
VM's Performance Toolkit but what about others? Thanks!
