I recently upgraded my z/VM system from 3.1 to 4.4 and have a couple of quick questions for the group. All in all, the install and conversion went very well and was pretty straight forward. I was happy to see that of course!
What is the purpose of the new CF3 config disk? I have not really found anything describing it other than to say it is a "backup config disk". It is a bit larger than the CF1 or CF2, but I guess I am unclear as to how and why I would use it. Was there a specific reason that the user directory was moved from MAINT's 2C2 to the 2CC disk?
