Ultimate backup configuration location if CF1 or CF2 are destroyed or
otherwise horked up in some way.

Also, if you go mad and decide to use IODF to define your I/O configuration
instead of the vastly superior CP dynamic configuration capabilities, the
default allocations for CF1 and CF2 aren't big enough to hold a IODF file
for a significant configuration.
