In z/VM 5.1 the SuppressNotification statement allows you to specify
ALL, RECEIVED, or DELIVERED

That's a start... 5.1 is a ways off for us.... but that's still
all/nothing, right? Is there anything in the works to allow the options
to be set that the time the BSMTP message is sent to SMTP? Similar to
the RSCS options that may be included with the tag data?
