1) Define 2nd level system with a Hipersocket or Guest LAN connection,
2) Config 1st and 2nd level TCPIP's to use it,
3) Config 1st and 2nd level UFTD servers,
4) Use SENDFILE (UFTSYNC NETDATA to move files back and forth.
