The IOCP manual says that "the SHARED parameter is ignored for control
units that attach to ... CNC channel paths".  So, it seems that for
ESCON, this parameter is ignored.  It also says that for parallel
channels you must specify SHARED=N.  How does this apply to sharing
between system.  I don't seem to get it!
