We upgraded our IBM RVA to an X83. This new model allows for 1024 addressing of which Ive define 640 (3390-9 take 3 addresses). I used the following lines of code to generate a report.
SET DEVMAP ( ON SUBSYS(AA)) LISTCFG DEV (SUBSYS(AA)) This worked well with the previous RVA. Using this code on the X83 unfortunately reports volser and UNIT information only on the first 256 devices (actually 3000-309F the max I defined in that address range.). The report is complete for all other devices defined on the RVA but they lack the volser and unit informatiom. Has anyone else encountered this or has any suggestions for me.
