Bob, Here's a little bit of steering, quoting from my DR manual (first time ever needed to use this section!)
"A VM imagelib consists of the text decks from assembled FCB that have been loaded into a *IMG spool file. The default FCB's for a 4248 and the customized FCB's are on the MAINT userid. We do not back up the *IMG spool file, but it can be recreated very quickly by logging onto MAINT and entering the commands: VMFSETUP ZVM CP IMAGELIB 4248LIB This command will take all the text decks listed in the file 4248LIB CNTRL and build the imagelib in the spool. A 4245LIB CNTRL file was also set up if you are using a 4245. The customized FCB's were added to the list of standard FCB's provided with z/VM. When we start the printer, it is looking for image: IMAG4248, fcb: FCB1. According to the CP COMMAND AND UTILITY manual, I am supposed to assemble an object file to refer to in a CNTRL file to refer to in an IMAGELIB command. I can't even find an ASSEMBLE source file for this FCB. Can someone steer me in the right direction?
