On my z/VM 4.4 system, the 4248* ASSEMBLE and TEXT files are on the MAINT 194 disk.

The IMAG4248 CNTRL file is used by the IMAGELIB command to create the
IMAG4248 IMG file. Look in the CNTRL file for the list of FCB files that
you need to find or create text decks for. For example, FCB1 for the 4248
is defined in file 4248FCB1 ASSEMBLE.
