If you have the name/address defined in the LPR link, I *think* it will ignore a address supplied on the command line. I haven't tried it, though.
By defining a LPR link, they just supply the printer name (no IP necessary on PPS) or you convert them over to SPOOL PRT TO RSCS/CP TAG PRT rscsid PRT300 and then just use PRINT. Beat your users out of using PPS or LPR directly now, either via RSCS or via the trick I suggested. It'll save you all sorts of grief later.
