we are trying to get lpar info, but features dynamic_io and set dynamic_io are
disabled in the system config file.
so we tried:
q lpar
No LPAR data is available
Ready; T=0.01/0.01 14:01:16
set dynamic_io on
HCPCCO643E Command not enabled in system configuration file
Ready(00643); T=0.01/0.01 14:01:30
enable cmd set subc dynamic_io
Ready; T=0.01/0.01 14:02:05
set dynamic_io on
HCPCCO643E Command not enabled in system configuration file
Ready(00643); T=0.01/0.01 14:02:13
why did the second set dynamic_io failed? what are we missing?
we are on z/VM version 4,.4, my userid has class abcdef, query commands set
shows dynamic_io enabled. class c
any ideas?
