Don, TCBPOOLSIZE and SCBPOOLSIZE are set in PROFILE TCPIP. A NETSTAT POOLSIZE will show you how many are in use but the pools expand when the run out so if you aren't seeing this on a regular basis you might not want to change the sizes.
