I think it may be better to merge README_vms.pod and vms/perlvms.pod
together, so that all the information about a particular platform is
available in _one_ generally well-known location. Also, in case you
have the tuits to fix it, I think INSTALL should be installed as
perlinstall.pod and the various F<INSTALL> links (which used to be
L<INSTALL> a short while ago :) renamed.
I've applied the patch you sent--please send any further updates against
that.
