I'm pretty sure this is something I've been seeing occasionally in all recent
development kits. It may have to do with the ordering of the LIBPREREQ target in
descrip_mms.template since Dynaloader depends on VMS::Filespec but comes before it in
the list. As a workaround you can try explicitly building the [.lib.VMS]Filespec.pm
target, then rebuild the whole thing and see if that took care of it. I haven't
posted before since I'm not sure yet whether we should reorder LIBPREREQ (possibly
just shuffling the problem elsewhere) or add a new dependency for Dynaloader/Filespec.
FWIW, I only saw the problem on a VMS 7.2-1 system but not on a 7.1 system, both using
MMK. This was back around 6429 or so.
