Perl 5.6 and Copy Errors

Compaq C V6.2-003 on OpenVMS Alpha V7.2-1.

Trying to build perl 5.6 and getting the following when I do the build and
install.

[.lib]vmsish............FAILED on test 7 
[.lib]glob-basic........FAILED on test 3 
[.pragma]warnings.......FAILED on test 216 



Also,

installperl: not found at installperl line 651.
cp /perl_root/lib/VMS_AXP/5_6_0/CORE/
creating new version of /perl_root/lib/VMS_AXP/5_6_0/CORE/

when I do mms install.

Any help greatly appreciated.
