I'm not concerned about Filter::Exec if you don't need it to complete your 
EmuMail build.  They're saying they only need Filter::Decrypt, so you might 
see how that one goes and skip the rest of the Filter bundle (though there 
might be interdependencies within the bundle).  Filter is not part of the 
standard distribution as far as I know, though Filter::Util::Call has 
recently been added to it.  I'd guess EmuMail just grabbed the entire Filter 
bundle for convenience even thought they don't need all of it.
