Filter::Util::Call does work on VMS, but it points out a mistake in the
VMS config process. (Some #defines are defined to nothing...) I patched up
a local copy at one point to do this so I could get a mass of Damian code
running on my cluster--I'll see about getting a patch to 5.6.x/5.7.x for
it RSN.
