Life is not good in D_FLOAT land. Even if the tests make unreasonable assumptions about exponent range, silent underflow and overflow, etc., they shouldn't register dump on you. I may be able to reproduce some of these with a D_FLOAT build on Alpha, but in the meantime, how do people with VAXen feel about making G_FLOAT the default? Is there anyone out there with a VAX 11/750 that doesn't have the G_FLOAT add-on board? ;-)
