Hi,
I am a new person to the list and am looking for some assistance
installing DBI and DBD modules on our Open VMS machine. I have installed
Perl 5.005_03 on our server and it is working properly. I have downloaded
serveral versions of DBI and tried installing, but I keep running into the
same problem. I unzip and untar the file in a directory under
"PERL_ROOT". I run "perl makefile.pl" and that seems to be alright. Then
when I issue "mmk", I receive the following "%MMK-F-CANTUPD, cannot
update target [.BLIB.ARCH.AUTO.DBI]DRIVER.XST - sources unknown". Has
anyone seen this or know how to fix it?
