OK, pretty clean build.

I'm getting:

t/op/chdir...........................FAILED at test 3
ext/File/Glob/t/basic................FAILED at test 10
lib/File/Spec/t/rel2abs2rel..........FAILED at test 4
lib/Net/t/netrc......................FAILED at test 1

Are these expected or should I produce additional diagnostics on these tests?
