SYS$LOGIN:LOGIN.COM

(Which is a regular DCL command procedure that's executed everytime you log
in.) Alternatively, you could do something like

$ CREATE  ALIASES.COM
$ unzip :== $mydisk:[mydir]unzip.alpha_exe

and do

$ @ALIASES

to redefine your aliases.

Or you can put all this stuff into mydisk:[myutilities] and do

$ DEFINE DCL$PATH MYDISK:[MYUTILITIES]

and it will look there first for .COM and .EXE files. (Careful about wiping
out a system-defined DCL$PATH if there is one.)
