Kevin, I don't have any experience with MQSeries, but I wouldn't start with the assumption that the Perl extensions need porting; there is quite a bit of abstraction in the Perl extension building process that attempts to insulate you from OS differences. I say "attempts" because there are quite a few wrinkles that can come up, but the time to worry about that is when they do, not before trying. Have a go at building the extensions using the instructions you can get via $ perldoc perlvms or at <http://www.perldoc.com/perl5.8.0/vms/perlvms.html#Perl-Extensions> See how far you get and come back here with any problems you encounter. -- ________________________________________ Craig A.
