Just an addition: HTTP download from:
http://www.grootersnet.nl/OpenVMS/ (Mind the ending "/" - otherwise it won't work) There are both HTTP and FTP on that page. Anonymous ftp from ftp://www.grootersnet.nl/perl/ should work as well. Craig couldn't test FTP (directly or via the web-page), if someone would like to give it a try and inform me, that would be appreciated.
