I am trying to compile POE on VMS and I am running
into problems:

1. @Continue DNF

States the following :
That is there is no space between the "@" and the
"$(NOOP)" macro hence it 
appears as though it is the DCL command "@CONTINUE"
rather than the MMS command 
"@ CONTINUE" (which means don't do anything and be
quiet about it).
