I have tried to browse over to http://www.pobox.com/~schwern/src/ExtUtils-MakeMaker-6.25_08.tar.gz and obtained "HTTP 404 - File not found". I truncated the filename and that apparenty resolved to: http://magnonel.guild.net/~schwern/src/ and in there I see no 6.25_08 file. I have been unable to locate the 6.25_08 kit.
