This test appears new to VMS. Need to investigate.
This test is failing because open(IN, "-|") does not work on VMS.
VMS is creating the subprocess but it is failing with:
%DCL-W-IVVERB, unrecognized command verb - check validity and spelling

As the subprocess is being created, a way to make this work should be
able to be found.
