Schwern tells me the VMS people have trouble installing SVN - and hence a problem grabbing our latest version. I've set up a little script (using smoke.pl) to grab the latest SVN and do ./Build dist on it. The results will appear here: http://hexten.net/tapx/ Typically the latest version will show up within about five minutes of each commit.
