I have the following failures from a build of 32176 and patches
submitted for CPANPLUS on OpenVMS Alpha built with symbolic link support.

Still failing after added 32177 added. Will post details later.
[-.ext.Cwd.t]cwd.t
This one is failing because I have not integrated Craig's patch for
symbolic links and realpath.
[-.lib.CPANPLUS.t]20_CPANPLUS-Dist-MM.t
Needs logical name perl_root to be defined to point to the blead build
directory.
Otherwise multiple failures of:
Perl lib version (v5.8.6) doesn't match executable version (v5.10.0) at
/perl_root/lib/Config.pm line 32.
Compilation failed in require at /perl_root/lib/ExtUtils/MakeMaker.pm
line 9.
[-.lib.File.Find.t]find.t
This passes all tests when run interactively.
[-.lib.File.Find.t]taint.t
This passes all tests when run interactively.
[-.lib.File]Copy.t
Bug in local copy patched for CPANPLUS, patch will be following shortly.
[-.lib.IPC.Cmd.t]01_IPC-Cmd.t
The fork function is unimplemented at ../lib/IPC/Open3.pm line 150.
[-.lib.Module.Build.t]ppm.t
Seems to be creating a corrupt tar archive.
[-.lib.Module.Build.t]test_type.t
Passes when run interactively.
[-.lib.Module.Build.t]xs.t
Passes when run under debug.
[-.lib.Test.Harness.t]failure.t
Passes when run interactively.
op/utftaint.t
Seems to depend on the setting of an environment variable that is
normally not set on VMS.
The summary is that I am only seeing unexplained failures with tests:
optree_misc.t, ppm.t, and xs.t.
