Many years ago (pre-2001), I got Perl/Tk to work
under VMS - the absolutely latest
version of that (a large set of patches, some of them
not-so-trivial) can still be found through

However, we are talking about:

    Perl/Tk 800.022 ported to VMS under Perl5.005_03
    
and as you will realize, it is quite out of date.
