So I had either forgotten or never realized that CPANPLUS-Dist-Build
is a separate distribution from CPANPLUS. Where can I get the latest
development snapshot of CPANPLUS-Dist-Build and how soon can we get
it into blead?
CPANPLUS-Dist-Build lives over on svn.perl.org:

The latest snapshot is already in blead. I'll address the patch you sent
shortly and apply it to CPANPLUS & CPANPLUS-Dist-Build and send new
integration patches to rgs/p5p.
