Yes, although I bet John's right that it would Huffman-code better to
put the make-related stuff right in is_vmsish(), I think it turns
is_vmsish() into a misleadingly-named method. So I think we should
have a separate method like using_vms_make() or something.
I would vote for is_vms_mms as MMS is the program initials, and it is a
test, not a statement. MMS stands for Module Management System. MMK is
an open source program that uses mostly the same syntax as MMS. MMK
stands for Madgoat MaKe.
