Probably not.  4 failures out of 6597 isn't bad at all.  This test looks like 
it's using a test driver called DBD::Gofer, which apparently implements tables 
as files.  If you care about DBD::Gofer, then investigate.  Otherwise I would 
pay more attention to the tests of whatever DBD module you plan to use.
