Hi Craig,

I have now installed 5-14.1 on 3 AlphaServers, all
running VMS 8.3. I've noticed the following when
I build many of the VMS extensions from CPAN,
for instance, this one from VMS::USER (0_02)

$ mmk test
MCR castor$dka0:[sys_utility.perl5141]perl.exe.1 "-MExtUtils::Command::MM" "-e"
"test_harness(0, '[.blib.lib]', '[.blib.arch]')" t/*
.t
%DCL-W-IVVERB, unrecognized command verb - check validity and spelling
 \"castor$dka0:[sys_utility.perl5141]perl.exe;1"\
t/basic.t .. ok
t/self.t ... ok
All tests successful.
Files=2, Tests=3,  6 wallclock secs ( 1.80 usr +  0.00 sys =  1.80 CPU)
Result: PASS

I will check this out later, if/when I get some spare time. Just a
brief note to let you know that 5.14-1 looks very good so far.

Edited version of perldoc perllocal.pod output:

 type perl_5141_vms_modules.txt
edit to simplify, all files had:
