There are updated test kits based on Perl 5.18.1 at
<https://sourceforge.net/projects/vmsperlkit/files/>. There have been no
significant problems reported on the previous kits; the delay in releasing
final kits is because I've been waiting for a third party who promised to do
some testing but hasn't for three months. I'm now planning to release final
kits on 1 September (this year!) unless there are significant problems reported
in the current kits. Promises to do testing after 1 September are still
welcome, but the results won't be taken into account until a subsequent release.
