The VMS::Lock module (<http://search.cpan.org/~bhughes/VMS-Lock-1.02/>) needs some TLC and both Carl Friedberg and I have made repeated attempts to contact its author Brad Hughes but can't find a working address. Does anyone know where he can be reached?
