Thanks, indeed I see the problem: the code is not up to date for some reason. How did you get it? Github or Sourceforge? In any case, you can fix the file by replacing VTK_VMTK_MISC_EXPORT with VTK_VMTK_COMPUTATIONAL_GEOMETRY_EXPORT and rebuild. Hope this works
