Hi all, I have extracted vessels network using VMTK via slicer (using the GUI: VMTKNetworkEtraction). I then saved the extracted network as a vtk file (see attached).
I am trying to analyze the file in order to *find loops in the network*. I have started by looking at the 'LINES' section, searching for lines with 2 identical points. I notice there's a 'Topology' section in the file, and I wonder if that information could also be used. However,* I don't understand the format of that section*. Any help or suggestions are appreciated. Thanks, Ido
