 I'm not sure what's going on here.
One thing I notice is that you have both a Topology array and a 
MaximumInscribedSphereArray.
Did you rename the Radius array to MaximumInscribedSphereArray or is this 
network a result of
vmtkcenterlines somehow? Just to know.

Can you post the file written when you use -ographfile on vmtknetworkextraction?
