Dear all, I downloaded vmtk package and it freezes with the segmentation of a vessel (I'm using a 50-slice VOI made from dicom using "vmtkimagereader").
The command I used is "vmtklevelsetsegmentation -ifile image_volume.vti -ofile level_sets.vti" to start the segmentation. The image preview window popped up, and as soon as I pressed e or q. The program went to freeze, no CPU usage at all. I tried both 32 bit and 64 bit on Windows 7. Does anyone have idea on how to solve this issue? By the way, I've tried to install the slicer with vmtk, however, the slicer program failed to connect to the extension url in both slicer3 and slicer4. Anyone has tried that recently?
