Hi Anna,
 in fact (currently) the only way to exit vmtklevelsetsegmentation is to get to 
the end of a segmentation run 
(the one with iterations, propagation, curvature, advection) and answer 'n' to 
the question "Segment another branch?".
We should remove the 'q/e' message when it's not available (it's shown by 
default). I've added a note on the wiki about it.
