Hi Martin, Luca, yes - the Slicer VMTK4 is far from stable. Especially since the Slicer 4 extension build process changed a lot after we created the first version of the VMTK extension.
Right now my time is limited so I can't look into the problems but if you would like to help: it would be highly appreciated!!
