SO you have somehow a working session with vncserver at one end and
vncviewer at the other end.
Then, out of nowwhere, the connection is closed and you can just reconnect
and all appears to be normal, except for the closed connection?

If so, then it is sure to be a network related problem. IT's a wild guess
but I think somewhere on the line a connection is dropped and vnc misses a
handshake and drops too. Is this a steady network or is it an internet
connection? Check with your network admin.
