Hello,

Not sure if this is your problem, but with Windows you need to run VNC as a
service for sending of a ctrl-alt-del to work.

When you say "lock the server" below do you mean logging off as a given
user? If so this should be fixed by running VNC as a service as well. If not
I am not sure what the problem might be.
