Subject: Securing VNC Services on Win2k Box

Hi,
I was wondering if there is a way to stop common users from shutting down
the VNC services in the Taskbar? I would like to make it so only an
Administrator or someone with Administrator privileges can shutdown VNC
using Windows NT4 and or Windows 2000.

Thanks,

Bill Vidito
