I finally installed a test machine with xp. I realy don't know how people could told me it was working on xp !!!! Vnc is working as sloow as before. The driver is loaded, but never activated because xp has OS version 5.1 and not 5.0, so activate driver was skipped ??
Did a fast test by changing the code ---> indeed, now it works. speed up to 300% and cpu down to 25% .... :) Still some bugs: -Fast user switching stop vnc -Running as service logon problem But thoose seems a general vnc problem.
